I am so excited to have you here!

I've spent my life dreaming about all the places, faces, art & architecture around the world. Of course, I did this from the safety of the little town where I grew up. So, after finishing my undergraduate degree
I had some decisions to make about my future.

...and like a responsible adult, I got a job.. in a totally unrelated field, as a stewardess.

Most of the time the 'job' feels more like being paid to go on vacation, and in my off time I found myself planning trips and booking flights. Flying across the country to meet my favorite author, visiting friends & family, attending festivals & celebrations in countries I had always imagined.

One day, as I sat comfortably in a coach middle seat, planning a trip for a  friend, I realized how passionate I am about helping construct the happiest moments in people's lives.

Thus, The Site Seeker was born

I have a passion for travel & planning, and I want to take my favorite pastime and help you plan your next adventure!
With the 'insider information' I have gathered from the industry, I have tips & tricks to help your next getaway be as stress-free as possible!

Before I left for this new adventure, I set some intentions for what it is I wanted from my travels:

To live like a local, experiencing new cultures.
Step out of my comfort zone ... & then do it again.
Try new things & learn new skills.
Meet new people & listen to their stories.
Not let life pass me by, living a life less ordinary.

There was this day, when I was in college when I had to create an academic resume for some reason or another. While academic accomplishments were something I have been collecting since I can remember my resume didn't read like the person I wanted to put forth into the world. In fact, I was sitting there looking at my completed assignment with something deep inside me told me I needed to make a change. Somehow, this one simple assignment became the wake up call I needed to kick start this new chapter in my life.

So I started, what I have come to call my ‘Life Resume’
What may have started as a little list on my phone, soon was a list as long as I could dream up, including things like;  Swimming with sharks, jumping out of planes, learning to sail and so so much more.

And yes, while you could argue that there is absolutely no reason swimming with sharks should go on the job resume of a law student, I counter that as my life resume grows, so will my understanding and perspective of the world. Who I am, who I want to be, and what I want to do with the short time I have on this earth is so much more than I could put down on any job application.

Wishing you safe travels
