​My first stop on my journey was Oaxaca, a beautiful and lively city in southwest Mexico. 


I had the privilege of visiting during Dia de los Muertos ( or day of the dead) & I have to say, if there was ever a time to be here, this is it. 

​When I was preparing to leave my job and start this journey I took a look at the calendar to see what in the world (literally) was going on. It was easy to decide on Oaxaca for Day of the Dead and I think you will see why.
